MARATHON OF DAKAR 2017
"Nearly 200 people have registered on the list of participants in the" Dakar 2017 Marathon "and among those registered there are some CIEE students. This is to say that the students have made a firm decision to show that they are comfortable in Senegal.

 ACADEMIC FIELD TRIPS

Many of the classes students take have a field trip component to allow students to have hands on experience and to see what they are learning in real life.

LANGUAGE PRACTICES WITH LOCALS 

First, the students helped the meal sales woman to set up the tent while using Wolof, then they sat down and ordered in Wolof before having long conversations with the Senegalese who came to buy food.
